What's in the AWE assessment?

The AWE assessment consists of a collection of validated psychometric scales and scientifically informed questions from the psychology literature that assess various aspects of wellbeing. The AWE assessment covers all major theories of wellbeing, rather than one particular theory or perspective.

The assessment is balanced with regard to the span of assessment (i.e., asking about today, yesterday, last week, in general) consistent with the sensitivity of the constructs measured.

Reports

Instant individual reports

Individuals (except juniors) instantly receive their own confidential report with a wellbeing overview on their dashboard. The reports are Written in plain English with easily interpretable graphs that track changes overtime so they can monitor their own progress. Student individual reporting and confidentiality can be turned off.

School reports and data

At the end of each assessment period, the school administrator gets access to the below reports:

  • School report (explanations and graphs showing overtime results comparing groups and metrics).
  • Free text report (anonymous feedback from participants).
  • Student question level report (for further detail on each question across year levels).
  • Anonymous Excel data (this contains every answer given to allow for further analysis).

Tracks Wellbeing

Results are displayed to show trends, which help identify current problem areas, proactively identify developing problem areas, and see what’s working.

Alerts

Alerts are instantly emailed to schools for Students that have low wellbeing or high bullying results (with student consent).

Custom subgroups and year level reporting

Schools can create their own subgroups of users that will be reported on. Student year levels are automatically reported on to show differences over time between each year level across various metrics.

Student non confidential modes

With student permission, schools can receive student reports before the students for one on one wellbeing consultations.

A junior individual report is available for schools to access also.

What's in the school report?

The school report explains wellbeing generally, and then provides a detailed description and interpretation of personal results across the modules of Global Wellbeing, Domain Wellbeing, Work Wellbeing (employed parents), School Wellbeing (for students), and Component Wellbeing modules (Resilience, and Health and Lifestyle, School Wellbeing Enablement). Overtime comparisons betweeen juniors, seniors, staff, & parents are made before a detailed analysis of each group. See below to receive a sample report.
